Zoom is revealing Workspace Reservation that will be accessible to assist you in meeting to cater various needs. Teams now pre-book office workspaces, see who else is coming in, and get suggestions on where to sit. Some test users even reserved parking spots in advance using Workspace Reservation.

According to a 2022 poll by Zoom in collaboration with Momentive, over half (55%) of remote employees want a hybrid structure, working from home and the office. However, more than half of employees still want to come into the office to meet new clients (53%) and engage in team activities (58 &).

“Employers continue to prioritize hybrid office management as they seek a secure, easy-to-use, and comprehensive solution to help connect in-office and remote workers,” said Jeff Smith, Group Product Manager, Head of Zoom Rooms and Whiteboard. “Workspace Reservation expands on Zoom’s already robust hybrid work offerings and helps ensure employees have access to the tools they need to do their best work on a given day.”

To reduce the gap between the office and the remote workspace, organizations must provide offices and workspaces with adaptable solutions that enable hybrid teams, promote employee interaction, and do all of the above.

Workspace Reservation will become accessible to everyone by the end of this month.
