Wonderflow, an AI-based customer feedback data startup, has announced that it has raised €16.5 million (approx. USD 19.6 million) in a Series B funding round led by Klass Capital. Other participants include P101, ITALIA 500, and Dutch top manager Jan Bennink.
Riccardo Osti, Giovanni Gaglione, and Michele Ruini, three Italian entrepreneurs, launched Wonderflow in 2014. Despite the epidemic, the company has increased by more than 100% in the last year. Its customers include Philips, Colgate-Palmolive, Uber, DHL, Delonghi, Reckitt Benckiser, Beiersdorf, Beko, Samsung, GSK, Lavazza, Grundig, Kantar, among others.
Today, most businesses that get a substantial quantity of unsolicited client feedback cannot fully exploit the information they have gathered. Wonderflow’s unique AI can evaluate all unstructured input from various sources and assist companies in improving the entire customer experience. The ‘VoC,’ or Voice of Customer, analytics industry includes Wonderflow.
The Wonderflow offices in Amsterdam, Milan, and Trento employ around 50 employees. The founders have created a corporate environment rich in values and diversity, with employees from more than ten different countries and women accounting for more than 60% of the workforce.
In addition, the team includes senior executives and serial entrepreneurs with extensive experience in the Consumer Experience (CX) business, particularly when it comes to using AI and Big Data to drive customer insights. Aragon Research, Ovum, and OMDIA have named Wonderflow the sole HOT Vendor in the feedback analytics area in Europe.
