Whatfix has announced its acquisition of Nittio Learn to advance its training capabilities and deliver personalized, rich and adaptive learning training. Nittio’s co-founders have joined the Whatfix team with the acquisition. The deal also comes amid Whatfix’s most successful quarter to date, it said in a statement.

Whatfix, a digital adoption solutions provider, has announced its acquisition of Nittio Learn, a Learning Management System (LMS), to advance its training capabilities, make it more personalized, adaptive and rich.

In an official announcement, Whatfix stated that the acquisition of Nittio Learn’s toolset, which comes with additional features like assessment capabilities, training course allocation and more, fits naturally into its platform, enabling it to become a comprehensive digital adoption platform for organizations. It stressed that learners would experience a reduced ramp-up time for learning.

Nittio Learn’s LMS, which trains the deskless workforce, is used by South Asia’s largest e-commerce and retail companies. Khadim Batti, co-founder and CEO of Whatfix, expressed delight at onboarding Nittio Learn to provide its customers with the necessary tools to execute digital transformation efforts and added,

“The business shift to remote work over the last year has solidified the importance of employee adoption of the enterprise technology stack, as larger and more permanent segments of workers connect to the workplace through software exclusively. We are continuously reimagining Digital Adoption alongside our customers as we grow and expand into new markets over the next year and beyond, ”

Khadim added.

This acquisition for Whatfix comes amid its most successful quarter to date, the SaaS platform said. In June this year, Whatfix closed $90M in a Series D funding, which tripled its valuation and revenue. It achieved a 100 percent quarterly growth (Year-over-Year basis) for the last two consecutive quarters, closed partnerships and gained recognition from top analyst firms, it stressed.

Co-founders of Nittio Learn, Gagandeep Singh Josan and Aravindan Rs, have joined the Whatfix team as part of the acquisition deal. Expressing delight at joining Whafix, adding value proposition to Whatfix’s industry-leading digital adoption solution, Gagandeep added,

“Nittio Learn has been helping Learning & Development teams build learning experiences that reduce training turn-around and ramp-up time for today’s digital workers. Whatfix, with their laser focus on helping customers overcome technology complexities, is a perfect match for our product and our team.”
