Videommerce unveils SaaS platform to help startups, entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized businesses (SMB) immediately connect with customers using dynamic clickable videos to grab attention for sales, marketing and customer service, a press release from the company said.

Videommerce stated that its SaaS would allow users to upload Google slides and build eye-catching presentations via a series of drag-and-drop scene layers, photos, text editing and animations, among others. The platform enunciated that each interactive video can have a professional and personal touch.

Adam Golub, co-founder and CEO of Videommerce, stated that combining communication in customer’s native language with a feeling of participation would bring significant positive influence in sales, marketing and customer service.

“Customers want to feel like they are in control, and interactive video gives them the freedom of choice to watch what they want, learn about and what to buy. You have just seconds to grab their attention and hope that they stick around long enough to hear your message. Dynamic and interactive video content is key – content that doesn’t just feed them information, but allows them to become part of the show. You have to give them an immediate solution to their question or problem, and our creation software allows you to do just that. We’ve reduced bounce rates by 32 percent, increased viewer interaction time by 58%, increased quality leads by 50 percent and doubled conversion rates,”

Videommerce stated that each interactive video could be created in minutes without any technical expertise. Users could craft videos from scratch or transform their Google Slides into editable videos, personalize text and images using animation, and add hotspots, pop-ups and more.

Each video can be built with various pathways and clickable interactions to grab a customer’s attention and translated into the native language of customers to reach a global audience.
