Vector currently has 2,200 higher education clients, representing over half of all degree-granting schools and universities in the United States. Some of the world’s most well-known companies are among EVERFI’s clients.

Vector Solutions has announced that it has acquired EVERFI’s higher education business in a $100 million deal. Vector Solutions is a software company that specializes in industry-specific software for training, risk management, safety, and prevention. The Campus Prevention Network (CPN) and EVERFI’s online training catalog for colleges and universities are part of this aspect of EVERFI’s business.

Vector Solutions is a provider of intelligent SaaS solutions that help businesses and individuals perform at their best and prepare for increasingly difficult workplaces and surroundings.

Marc Scheipe, CEO of Vector Solutions, said, “Both Vector Solutions and EVERFI have a long history of serving the higher education market and share a commitment to bring high-quality training programs proven to help make institutions of higher education safer, smarter, and better. The addition of EVERFI’s higher education business to the Vector family solidifies that commitment to institutional students, faculty, and staff by expanding the products and capabilities available to them so that they can prevent incidents, make campuses more inclusive, and safeguard lives.”

EVERFI is an education technology business that was founded in 2008 to create social change via education to address society’s most pressing challenges. Over 1,000 of the US’s most well-known and respected names in post-secondary education use EVERFI’s higher education solutions to fuel compliance and preventive initiatives.

EVERFI’s CPN training catalog offers more than 50 titles on alcohol and drug abuse prevention, sexual assault prevention, diversity, equality, and inclusion, and mental health and well-being for college and university students, teachers, and staff.

We are delighted that our Campus Prevention Network and higher education business are joining the Vector Solutions family. The impact of the combined business means that we can ensure even more campus communities are healthy and safe. Together, we establish the definitive higher education market leader, delivering best-in-class data-driven digital programs for students, faculty, and staff nationwide.

Tom Davidson, CEO and founder of EVERFI

Based on its 13-year-old founding objective of offering the Missing Learning Layer internationally, EVERFI will continue to focus and develop its commercial operations. The company will use its data-driven Impact-as-a-Service software platform to deliver vital skills training to students in K-12, consumers, and employees.

EVERFI’s customers include some of the world’s most well-known worldwide businesses, all of whom are committed to equipping learners with life’s most critical skills, such as financial capacity, health literacy, college and job preparedness, and mental wellness among many others. In the following year, the company hopes to reach more than 7.5 million students.

Vector will now service 2,200 higher education clients, accounting for about half of all degree-granting schools and universities, thanks to the acquisition of EVERFI’s higher education division.

Vector’s education-focused business unit will absorb EVERFI’s higher education business. Vector’s campus solution suite, which includes various eLearning, performance support, and risk management products, including Vector LiveSafe, serves both the higher education and K-12 sectors.
