New York-based RippleMatch, a platform for early-career hiring, has raised $23.5 million in funding and has unveiled RippleMatch Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to assist employers in recruiting early talent virtually.
While proceeds from the fund led by Invus Opportunities and existing investors such as G20, Work-Bench, Alleycorp, Bullpen Capital, and Accomplice; shall be used to build its platform, the CRM tool launched shall leverage automation, enabling early career hiring and nurture candidate relationships.
Quoting the moment as special in their journey of recruiting intelligent, efficient, as well as accessible for job seekers from underrepresented backgrounds, RippleMatch CEO Andrew Myers commented,
“The new funding will allow us to continue building out our intelligent hiring platform, empowering companies across the country to understand their data and build a recruiting pipeline that more accurately mirrors the demographics of the broader U.S. population.”
