Ramco Systems, a cloud enterprise software provider, on Thursday announced that it would install Ramco Aviation M&E MRO Software V5.8, its aviation software at Iraqi Airways Company, Iraq’s national carrier. The shares of Ramco systems had surged 4.60 percent post the announcement and were traded at ₹571.85, a 2.56 percent increase compared to its previous close.
What does it do?
Reports state that Ramco’s software will automate the operations of the Iraqi national carrier, manage its aircraft records, and enable the airway’s staff to manage their operations and receive alerts via its mobility module. It will provide reduced friction, greater flexibility, and optimized aircraft availability. The software will include modules for engineering and airworthiness management and organization, Maintenance and Repair Operations (MRO), materials management, and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) for quality and safety.
In addition to the aforementioned features, the aviation Software will provide enhanced inventory tracking and stock visibility prowess to improve resource management, enable unified employee records, and control operations on a single platform, end-to-end.
