This strategic partnership by Rainfocus with KKR and JMI will enhance the event management technology program. This will enable RainFocus to grow its strategic go-to-market initiatives. The financial details of this series C funding were not disclosed.
RainFocus provides an end-to-end solution for establishing, administering, and advancing hybrid, in-person and virtual events that focus on delivering well-furnished, seamless connectivity, data, and insights. JMI Equity, an equity-based firm focused on investing, also participated in this funding round. The previous funding raised by RainFocus last year was $2.5M.
