As it builds its AI platform and expands its client base, the funds will be used to hire engineering expertise. PeakPerformer, a leadership development startup, has announced that it has raised early seed funding from Antler India, a global venture capital firm. Other participants in the round include Gaurav Munjal, co-founder and CEO of the Unacademy Group; and Saket Agarwal, angel investor and founder of Onnivation.
The cash will be used to hire engineering expertise as it scales its AI platform and expands its client base in India and throughout the world.
PeakPerformer is a tech-enabled leadership development platform that assists businesses in upskilling their executives at all levels. PeakPerformer is a full-stack solution that leverages 360-degree data to create a personalized coaching path for each manager, linking outcomes to both organizational and individual goals.
The startup claims to have produced metric-moving outcomes to high-growth businesses including Mobile Premier League, Wingify, Urban Ladder, Bizongo, Groww, and Societe Generale since its establishment in August 2020 by second-time founders Aishwarya Goel and Gaurav Jhunjhnuwala.
