Oomnitza has raised $20M in growth equity funding to drive its enterprise technology management solution, product innovation and address the demands of its dynamic market
Oomnitza, a SaaS-based Enterprise Technology Management (ETM) solution provider, has raised $20 million in a growth funding round led by C5 Capital to fulfill its mission of improving the way enterprises manage and secure their technological assets, a press release from the company said.
The previous funding for Oomnitza came in 2020, where it netted $12.5 million in Series B. With the close of this growth funding, its total amount raised touches $35 million. Other and existing investors- Aspenwood Ventures, also known as Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Gula Tech Adventures, Riverside Acceleration Capital and Shasta Ventures – participated in this round.
Oomnitza’s ETM solution enables enterprises to manage and integrate their technology portfolio that includes endpoint devices, applications, cloud infrastructure, networking accessories, among others. Its customer base spans industries such as retail, hospitality, automotive and financial services sectors.
