Based in Delhi, MyMobiForce is a freelance management system catering to the on-demand recruitment network. It helps the gig workers look for freelance opportunities and assists them with employment enhancing training and access to insurance, savings, and microloans. It aspires to transform the way technical field services are delivered worldwide.

Dheeraj Khatter, Kshitiz Saini, and Himanshu Kumar, co-founders of the company, in a joint statement, said that the proceeds from the funding would be used to skill and empower additional 20,000 service technicians across 10000 codes. The company has witnessed a two-fold growth during the COVID-19 pandemic and has scaled, supporting over a hundred customers today, they added.

Sanjay Jain, a partner at Bharat Inclusion Seed Fund, stated that in India, only 0.5 percent of the workforce is employed flexibly instead of 3 to 4 percent globally, making it one of the least penetrated flexi-staffing markets. Stressing that several enterprises today are shifting to Flexi-staffing due to the formalization of the economy, GST, labor law reform, and much more, Mr. Jain added that crowdsourcing platforms are well-positioned for the subsequent leg growth.

We are excited to partner with MyMobiForce; the company has built a world-class platform that allows businesses to digitally connect, skill, monitor, and empower the field workforce to complete technical jobs
