Molecule Software announces partnership with Fidectus

Molecule Software, a cloud-based SaaS commodity trading and risk management (CTRM) software provider, announced a partnership with Fidectus, a Swiss SaaS working in post-trading in over-the-counter energy and commodity markets, a press release from Molecule said.

Molecule Software stated that the partnership is aimed at developing the integration between the two software platforms, which would be available in the first half of 2022. Based in Europe and launched in 2012, Molecule assists in CTRM, offering cross-commodity support and integrations to next-generation best-of-breed software. It automates routine tasks and challenging position, P&L, and risk calculations.

Fidectus, launched in 2019, offers a cloud platform for confirming trades between companies and reconciling and financing settlements and broker fees between companies. Based in Europe, they are expanding into the North American market. Its Global Energy Network (GEN) connects market participants and facilitates cost reduction, risk and illiquid capital via intelligent tools for confirmation, settlement, financing, and payment.
