Main Capital Partners develops a multinational GRC software group after acquiring Blika and Audimex

After acquiring Audimex, Main Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in the Netherlands, has completed its first add-on acquisition since acquiring Swedish software developer Bliyka in October 2021. The transaction’s financial specifics have not been revealed.

The Dutch investment firm wants to create a worldwide software company specializing in GRC (governance, risk, and compliance) solutions. Main will assist the Group in increasing its position in Europe through a combination of organic expansion, first focused on partnerships, and a selected buy-and-build approach, according to the company.

Blika is known for its SaaS platform, which focuses on legal, entity, and tax administration. Audimex is a software company that specialises in audit and compliance management.

“We are very excited to enter this next phase of growth as we look to develop our company together with support from both Main and Audimex. Our platform is internationally scalable and brings benefits to companies across the DACH region. With the support of Main, we aim to accelerate our growth internationally, starting with the German market. Through the addition of services offered by Audimex to our platform, we can add real value for our existing and future clients,”

Peter Ohling, CEO of Blika

The SaaS technology from Blika allows businesses to keep track of complex legal entity arrangements and ensure correct governance and compliance. Its software assists companies in complying with complicated tax, legal, and transfer pricing rules like DAC6 and IFRIC 23.
