Lodgify, a vacation rental SaaS platform, announced a $30 million Series B fundraising round. Octopus Ventures led the round, including Bonsai Partners, Aldea Ventures, and ICF (Institut Català de Finances), as well as previous investors Intermedia Vermögensverwaltung and Nauta Capital. The funds will be used to extend Lodgify’s global presence, product development, and customer support.

“This is great news for our customers! Lodgify is a customer-first company, and we will invest all the funds in product innovation and expanding our service offering to help our customers achieve their business goals,” says Lodgify’s co-founder and CEO, Dennis Klett.

Lodgify, a SaaS platform established in Barcelona, features API connectors with all significant vacation rental channels, including Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. It gives SMEs a footing in the vacation rental industry by assisting them in generating more client leads, reservations and management systems. The software system also allows for website creation and accepts direct booking and payments, giving clients complete control. By focusing on SMEs, the Spanish firm’s one-stop digital store for hosts and property managers intends to grab 80% of the short-term rental industry.
