Glia partners with Duck Creek Technologies to better customer service

Glia, a provider of digital customer service, has announced that it has partnered with Duck Creek Technologies, a provider of SaaS insurance core systems, to offer Glia’s Digital Customer Service platform to Duck Creek’s customers. This allows insurers to deliver considerably better agent and customer service and cut call times and increase efficiency.

And, Glia will be offered first for the Duck Creek Producer solution, allowing agents to get online digital assistance. Still, it can easily be expanded to other sales and customer service use cases. Customers may integrate Glia to their agent- and customer-facing portals using an anywhere-enabled integration offered on Duck Creek’s Content Exchange. Glia and Duck Creek already have many shared clients and are looking forward to delivering even more value to them.
