EverAfter, a no-code collaborative platform, raised a $13M seed round from TLV Partners and Vertex Ventures. Software developers can build EverAfter-powered hubs tailored to their clients’ needs and can be integrated into any product.

EverAfter, a no-code collaborative platform, has announced that it has raised $13 million in a seed funding round co-led by TLV Partners and Vertex Ventures. Other participants include angel investors Benny Shneider, Zohar Gilon, and Amit Gilon.

EverAfter adds an extra degree of transparency and simplicity for clients, allowing businesses to enhance onboarding and retention by providing individualized customer success experiences at scale, all without requiring development resources. It wants to be the go-to customer-facing tool, making onboarding and retention easier. Software companies and other service providers can construct EverAfter-powered hubs tailored to their consumers’ needs and can be integrated into any product.

Noa Danon, EverAfter’s co-founder and CEO, said that her work strongly impacted her product vision as a product manager. She saw a gap between the user and product experience.

EverAfter meets that need exactly, providing technology that helps organizations personalize the customer experience from the moment the customer signs the initial contract, all the way through to the renewal, and expansion.

EverAfter interacts with existing CRM, project management, and service ticketing software, and users may update platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot directly from the EverAfter interface. Leading SaaS firms such as Taboola, AppsFlyer, and Verbit are among EverAfter’s clientele.

Shahar Tzafir, a managing partner at TLV Partners, said, “A tectonic shift has happened in enterprises over the past few years. Revenue upsell and churn reduction have shifted in responsibility from the sales teams to the post-sales customer-facing teams. They are the ones who onboard, retain, and expand usage. They are the face of the organization. EverAfter allow these business-critical teams to execute at their best.”

Ziv Peled, chief customer officer at AppsFlyer—one of EverAfter’s clients, said, “EverAfter is the next step in high touch customer relationships management. Finally, a place to nurture real connections with customers.”
