Datadog has announced that it will be available on the Google Cloud Marketplace to allow customers to purchase its product, monitor their applications and infrastructure health across their Google Cloud environment. Those purchasing Datadog from the Google Cloud Marketplace would benefit from consolidated billing and streamlined procurement.
Datadog, a monitoring analytics provider for cloud-based workflows, has announced its availability on the Google Cloud Marketplace, a move which deepens its partnership with Google Cloud, allowing customers to buy its product and monitor their applications and infrastructure health across their Google Cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
The Google Cloud Marketplace offers integrated solutions to support customers’ enterprise IT needs and help them identify and purchase the third-party tools that allow them to work on the Google Cloud. In a press release, Datadog stated that those purchasing its product from the Google Cloud Marketplace would benefit from consolidated billing and streamlined procurement. The usage of the Datadog product would also appear directly on customers’ Google Cloud invoices, allowing customers to pay for a portion of this usage with their committed Google Cloud spend.

According to Datadog, its existing partnership with Google Cloud offers customers- access to over 450 of its integrations, including those like Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery and more; the ability to deploy the Datadog Agent directly on hosts and compute instances in Google Cloud; an extended go-to-market collaboration and deeper sales alignment with Google Cloud and Datadog sales teams- and more.
Amy Bray, global head of Google Cloud Marketplace, stated that the availability of Datadog on the Google Cloud Marketplace would allow customers to access its advanced monitoring and security capabilities and added,
