At a Glance, a developer of a SaaS platform for handling sales operations (revenue ops) with AI capabilities, announced that it had raised an additional $6 million in series A funding, raising its total to $14 million. The company had an initial seed round last year.

Canaan Partners led this round of funding. Emergent Ventures and BGV Ventures also participated in this round. The capital will be used to accelerate consumer growth and scale product production.

California-based is one of the increasing numbers of startups aiming to integrate distribution, marketing, and the customer experience to help businesses maximize sales and profits. According to, customers like Udemy, Degreed, Plume, and Windstream boosted’s sales by more than 1,000 percent in fiscal 2020.

Sharad Verma, CEO of the company, said that for businesses that need to combine sales, marketing, and customer service processes,’s Connected Revenue Intelligence & Operations tool is usurping customer relationship management (CRM) applications as the sole source of reality. 

He said, “The CRM is no longer the system of record.” The Connected Revenue Intelligence & Operations platform differs from other companies in that it includes predictive analytics capabilities enabled by machine learning algorithms, he added. says that customers have reported 95 percent prediction accuracy, five times the amount of opportunities checked per manager, and a 15 percent improvement in the sales manager and sales representative capability. 

Naturally, not every company would be able to migrate to a Revenue Ops model right away completely. However, the way businesses interact with their clients is about to change dramatically.
