B2B software firm Rencore raises 4 M in Series A round to expand cloud collaboration governance
Rencore, the software provider for governing cloud collaboration technology, has closed a $4 million Series A round of funding.
Venture capital investor Capnamic led Rencore’s Series A funding round, and it came at a time when the company saw considerable expansion.
It will help the company achieve its goal of assisting businesses in maintaining control over their cloud collaboration technology.
“We are thrilled to be securing this Series A funding round with Capnamic. They are not only financially invested but also highly experienced in helping technology start-ups, and especially SaaS providers, to succeed at the next level. I am very much looking forward to working with Christian Siegele and the team on becoming the next German start-up success story in their portfolio,”Matthias Einig, CEO and Co-Founder of Rencore
Rencore will use the funds to expand its product offering and reach out to small and medium businesses and large corporations throughout the world.
Rencore also intends to expand its staff and partner distribution channel to solidify its position as the market leader in cloud collaboration governance.
Rencore can now meet the massive demand for software that provides comprehensive insight across all Microsoft 365 services, automates repetitive chores, and saves money thanks to its rapid expansion.
